Help! Chest pain during stress test/nitro ekg done sep. Reportable?

During a nuclear stress test just after the medication pt experienced chest pain sweating requiring the physician to give sublingual nitro & ekg. Pt was monitored and stablized stress test was completed. Is this a separately reportable service? E&m?
