claims for new born hosptial and office vist rejection

I work for a pediatrision .we are billing insurance for new born hosptial and office visits for some times now. we submit the claims under the mom's insurance ID as the baby is still not added..of late we are getting all insurance rejections...any suggestions..thx

The insured (mother or father) must add the baby to the insurance plan to get claims paid for the baby. Until they do so, you will continue to get rejections. Contacts should be made to the parents.
