removal of foreign material

How would I code this?

pt had a lumpectomy a couple of weeks ago. There seems to have been
gauze left in the axilla area by the surgeon.

We removed the foreign material . The OP note says subq tissue was dissected bluntly. gauze was identified and removed. The cavity was inspected for hemostasis and irrigated? Would I be looking at 10120 and 10121 or is there a code specific to material being left in from surgery

Were you the surgeon who performed lumpectomy and left gauze?

one of our surgeons did the first surg and left the gauze. a different surgeon in our group did the removal

If same group, same specialty, I would caution about even billing--the diagnosis is a misadventure.
