Colonoscopy

I am new to billing facility charges for an ambulatory surgical center. It seems that whenever I bill for 45380 all other fees are bundled and not payable. The only payment being received is the 45380. Could you please let me know if this is correct or am I doing something wrong?

Most payers do not reimburse ancillary charges they are included in the surgery. You're not doing anything wrong. It depends on your contract with the payer how you will be reimbursed.
