Nurse Practiioner Billing in Skilled Nursing

As we know, a nurse practitioner can't perform the initial visit in a skilled nursing facility. However, if a nurse practitioner from another specialty is asked to consult on the patient who has already been admitted (and this is the first time this NP has seen the patient during this admission), would it be appropriate to code a subsequent nursing facility visit? Thank you.
