translumbar placement of tunneled catheter

The report sounds like the typical tunneled CVAD except that the needle was "advanced in a translumbar orientation towards the L3 transverse process."

36160 does not sound appropriate since the needle wasn't placed in the aorta. Just use the usual 36558, or am I missing something?
