foreign body icd-9 and cpt

Hi ... need some help with this one... we have a pt that has a foreign body in the abdominal cavity and i cant find a icd-9 for that ... then we are going to remove it and im having a hard time finding a CPT® for that as well.

Look at 49402. I am not quite sure on the icd-9 code as well. Maybe 938- foreign body in digestive system, unspecified?
