ICD-10 training

Where is the best reasonably priced online training on ICD-10 for coders? We will have to pass an ICD-10 proficiency exam, so we want to make sure we have good training. Thanks!

If you are certified through AAPC they give their members discount they offer an on-line training course that you can do and you can take the test multiple times and it is not a timed test. But you do not have to be an AAPC member tho, but you will pay a little more for the cours:). They also offer an additional training if you are in a speciality practice along w/the regular ICD-10 training.
