Dr prescribes "Narcotic" to patient. Before she refills the meds, Dr. performs a drug screen, what would be the correct icd9 code for monitoring? Patient is not drug dependent, just to monitor due to patient being prescribed norcotics?

Where did you find all the descriptions stated above for V5869? So I can use this Icd9 code with 80101/G0434?
