Radiesse Injection

I have a physician that injects radiesse into the vocal cords for dysphonia and vocal cord paralysis. Is there anyone else that is doing this and can you tell me what CPT/HCPC code you are using for the radiesse and if medicare is paying for this service? All input would be much appreciated.
