Hospital visits after outpatient procedure.

Our doctor performed outpatient treatment of an incomplete abortion (59812) which has a 90 day global. Six days later the patient is admitted to the hospital for nausea and vomitting and abdominal pain, by the same doctor. She is in the hospital 5 days. Our doctor rounded on her each day and he also discharged her. I have received a denial for all these service as part of the original procedure. Really you cannot bill for these services?
