thrombectomy

Hi,
My doctor has coded a diagnostic cath 93510 with a thrombectomy 92973.
The 92973 is an add-on code that can only be billed with 92980 or 92982. Is there an alternate code for the thrombectomy since a stent was not performed? In the note the doctor is calling the thrombectomy the intervention.
