are there specific guidelines for V69.2

I have been told that there are specific guidelines for the use of V69.2, High-risk sexual behavior. Such as if the patient is in for STD testing but has only had 1 partner in the last year and states that they are monogamous, they would not be deemed V69.2 even though they suspect the partner has been cheating and they have just turned 18 and do not use condoms. I have been told that there are guidelines indicating that if the patient is over 18 and in a monogamous relationship then you CANNOT use V69.2.

Does anyone know of this guideline?

Thank you for your input.

Since it was unprotected and the patient doesn't believe the relationship is monogamous (possible cheating = not monogamous) I would say it definitely qualifies as high risk sexual behavior. I am not finding anything else about this code.
