B12 inj during 10 day global for skin tag removal

My doctor did skin tag removal 11200 which has a 10 day global. Within the global period the patient came in for B12 injection 96372. Should there be modifier on 96372?

A modifier shopuld not be necessary. The diagnosis will show unrelated to global. modifier 79 is used only on surgical procedures.
