code for parental concerns

This is a different type of office visit. Parent comes in with child concerned about possible sexual abuse because the parent caught a roommate watching porn with the 19 month old child. There are no abnormal findings at all either physically or behavioral.

I am being asked how best to code this and I am coming up blank. I know there are V codes out there for some of these things, but we always get denied V codes unless they are secondary and I don't know what to use as a primary in this case.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

If the only appropriate and correct code is a V code, then you have to use the V code.
