Correct Coding

I just started working at an Urgent care center as a part time coder.
I need to know the correct code for a drug screen and collection for pre-employment. Is it 80101?
I want to make sure I'm using the correct codes. I would really appreciate if someone can help me on this. Thank you very much for your time.
