Welcome to Medicare Exam

Does anyone know if you can bill this exam on a patient who has Medicare as the secondary payor.

What is their primary insurance? It is standard practice to bill the primary insurance carrier first, and then submit any unpaid charges to the secondary insurance carrier. If their primary carrier doesn't cover the Welcome to Medicare exam, assuming the patient is within the first 12 months of Medicare eligibility, you should be able to send it Medicare as the secondary carrier.
