we have received the denial as " Payment adjusted because the payer deems the information submitted does not support this many services. Along with Medicare macro codes. Please provide valid suggestion to proceed further.

G0431 was deleted effective 1-1-16. To report in 2016, see codes G0477-G0483 (depending on what you do)
