CPT® for excision of tibial ossicle

Not 100% sure what CPT® to use for the following excision. I'm leaning toward 27640. Any thoughts?

Patient had a 4 cm excision centered over the prominence of the tibial tubercle. The sub-q tissue was undermined, exposing the tendon. The retained ossicle was directly in line with the patellar tendon. The tendon was reflected back slightly and using a rongeur, a very prominent part of the Osgood-Schlatter prominence was excised. This released very, very little tendon, much less than would be released on ACL. The wound was then irrigated and closed.....

I would go with 27360, as this is for the knee region. The code you quoted is for the ankle region.
