Billing for a WIC visit

I am seeing children for the WIC program and no one seems to know what the ICD9 code is when billing for the service??? I am planning to use 99202 for the new child I saw and 99212 for her sister who I have seen for other things. I have another child scheduled later this week and would like to know by then. V65.3 is "dietary surveillance and counseling". Would that apply? Call WIC and get their advice.
