Hallpike vs Epley

My physician continue to bill 92532 for the Hallpike and 95992 for the Epley Manuever for medicare patients. I am receiving denials for both. What and when do we bill these codes? Thank you, Karen

Are you attaching the -25 to the E&M? The Hallpike is probably bundled, the Epley canalith repositioning may get paid- call your carrier.
