New Coder with Urology

I am so new at this, I need some help...

Dr. did a cystoscopy, left retrograde ureteropyelography, dilation of LT ureteral stricture, insertion of LT ureteral stent, RT retrograde ureteropyelography, RT ureteroscopy, Biopsy and fulguration of a small, 0.5 - 2 cm dia. range, bladder lesion.
