What CPT® codes would i use for Right knee arthoscopy, bi-compartmental synovectomy, resection of pathological medial plica, partial medial meniscectomy, partail lateral menisectomy?

CPT® 29880 for the Medial and Lateral Meniscectomies. The Medial Plica excision and bi-compartmental synovectomy would be coded with 29876. However, the synovectomy is bundled because it was performed in the same compartments as the meniscectomies. If a synovectomy was performed in the Patellofemoral compartment and not done for visualization, you can bill CPT® 29875 with a 59 modifier.
