Hep B vaccine

What is the correct way to bill for the Hep b series. If we use 90746 which is dose schedule, do we bill this same CPT® each time the patient returns for the last two injections? What is correct. I know an administration code may also be billed. But how do I bill the series correctly?

Yes, bill the vaccine code & admin code at each visit.

Hello,

Can someone please tell me how to bill CPT® 90746 (3 dose schedule) ? As we heard that Medicare change their guideline in 2014 and we can only bill once for all 3 doses. Is this correct?
