pediatric head injury

What's the proper code for a child that comes to the office after "falling off the bed" or some other injury that left him completely normal, ie. no contusion, no laceration, no neuro status changes, etc.... mainly reassurance for parents that the child is normal. What's the best code to use?

I use V65.5 Person with feared complaint in whom no diagnosis is made. If I spend a lot of time reassuring the parent I sometime use time for my E&M level.
