V2787-gy

Hi,

I am wondering if it is currently a requirement to bill Medicare with code V2787-GY when a Toric lens is placed during cataract surgery. If so, would the charge be our standard fee schedule or what the patient is actually being charged? I am new to ophthalmology and it appears the requirements may have changed over time. Any help would be much appreciated.
