CPT 90470

I recieved information from WellCare Ins. stating to use CPT 90470 for H1N1 immunization administration. I could not find this code in our CPT 2009 book, and would like to verify if this code is correct. Also is there a difference between CPT 90470 and 90471? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Administration

immunization administration code 90470 (H1N1 immunization administration (intramuscular, intranasal), including counseling when performed). The 90663 code for the 2009 H1N1 vaccine itself should be billed for zero dollars, since the vaccine is provided free of charge by the federal government. Providers will be paid for 2009 H1N1 vaccine administration.
90471 Immunization administration (includes percutaneous, intradermal, subcutaneous or intramuscular); one vaccine (single or combination vaccine/toxoid).
