Nose graft

Patient has severe nose pain. My doctor wants to reconstruct his nadalis tunnel to protect nerves so he is going to harvest a temporal fascia and muscle graft to insert in nose.Confused on the CPT®. I came with CPT® code 15732 and 21235.Please help
