I've read this documentation is needed to support obesity counseling (g0447), Behavioral counseling for ETOH abuse (g0443), and STD counseling (g0445)

However is it required for Intensive Behavioral Therapy for CV risk reduction G0446 and nicotine cessation counseling (99406/99407)?
