Removal Foley Catheter

Can anyone direct me as to finding a procedure code for Removal of Foley Catheter done in the primary care physicians office. would this not be billed separately and part of the office visit? thank you

I may be wrong, but I think it may be included in the E&M. I work for urology and we usually just include it. We don't use a special code for removal. I don't really know if it's different for PCP though.
