how to code injections

trying to code for Depo-Medrol injections (J1040) and Xylocaine (J2001) given for post op scar neuromas and don't know if can bill administration code also (96372) or if I can even include the Xylocaine injection code???? These were given during a 99212 ofc visit and I should add the 25 modifier to the o.v. code shouldn't I? Thanks! D.L.

You should definitely code the injection procedure, 96372 with the drugs. Make sure your 99212 can support a separate charge.
If the drugs are bundled the carrier will tell you, or better yet check CCI.
