Inpatient coding

I'm not sure on this one as I don't deal with Hospital Inpatient coding and I am going to be "cross trained". Patient admitted as an inpatient, seen by Hospitalist but the ER Physician was called to the room in the middle of the night because of a problem the patient was experiencing, ER Physician did a progress note on the patient. Does this fit under 99251-99255, 99231-99233, 99221-99226, 99231-99233? I appreciate any input you can provide.

it depends on time that consume on the patient but i believe to use 99231-99233
