Saw a patient in office for Blood in stool. Performed a diagnostic colonoscopy and Hemorrhoid cautherization using the soft tip cautery. What code we should use for reimbursement
1) 45378/46930 with or without modifier 59
2) 45384/46930 with or withourt modifier 59

45378 and 46930. No 59 modifier needed as there are no bundling issues with these 2 codes. No polyps mentioned so you would not use 45384.
