both her legs were burned with boiling water. it spilled on her legs as it was knocked over . she has antibiotic ointment on it and soaked in cool water. this occurred just prior to coming in.

My provider is asking why can't I count "mom flushed area with cold running water" as modifiying factor. If they do not document if this helped or not I do not count it. Am I being to detailed?
