suture removel

"If a physician removes sutures during an office visit that were originally placed by a different physician, how should the suture removal be reported?

We have been coding 15851 with mod 52 but the insurance is not paying for it.is there any other CPT® that can be used?

I just bill an office visit with a diagnosis of V58.32.
