OB care

I am having a problem coding OB care for a patient. The antepartum care was provided by another doctor not in our practice. The patient was admitted OPO and then admitted acute the same date for a C-section. Our doctor provided the care for the OPO and acute admission. Another doctor performed the C-section and our doctor performed the hospital visits on the subsequent days. The 6 week check will be performed by another doctor. How do you suggest we bill for this? Can we only charge the OPO admit/discharge or can we charge that in addition to the daily hospital visits since we are not performing the 6 week check or can we charge the OPO services plus the postpartum only charge (59430)? Please help!
