Cricoarytenoid joint exploration

Looking for a CPT® code for cricoarytenoid joint exploration. Physician performed a revision thyroplasty and then decided to try and adduct the arytenoid to improve patient's voice. The cricoarytneoid joint was frozen and seemed to be a sigle unit, they thyroid, the arytenoid cartilage and the cricoid.
