Arthroscopic Knee Surgery

Adhesions are taken down in the suprapateller recess.
Synovectomy was done in the medial and lateral compartments.
Do I just code the 29876 or can I also add the 29884 with a -.59.

3/15 - Hi Folks, Any suggestions? If the suprapateller recess is in either the medial or lateral compartments I know that I cannot code the 29884. But I'm having a tough time finding which of the 3 compartments it's in.
