Billing Phone Calls

Hi Everyone, I'm looking to see if anyone has done billing for phone calls from a mental health/aoda counselor office? I found some codes but it seems like they are more for billing of speaking to the patient, parent or guardian. I'm not seeing a specific code for billing phone calls from caseworkers, probation officers, etc.

You can't bill a physician service when the physician talks to a counselor/caseworker/probation officer. It is part of the pre and post work of an E/M service.
