Excision, debridement or I&D?

OP note states the surgical wound kept draining from dehiscened area. Post op wound infection was suspected. Incision was made above the draining sinus tract and taken down to fascia. No infection was encountered, but a sinus tract with granuloma tissue. The granulation tissue 2 x 6 cm was excised and top half of the incision was closed with staples.
Does 10060 with 11042 describe the above?
