DX help please

We had a patient come in to our office to get a prescription for a special bra s/p having a right Mastectomy. She was our patient and two years ago we refered her out to an oncologist. That physician is no longer in our area so she came back to us to get an RX for a new bra. That is the only reason she came in. What dx can I use for billing? Is this even billable? Please help.

If you just issued an Rx for the bra &/ prosthesis, but did not have an office visit to "re-acquaint" and update her record, then it is not billable.
