services provided by a physician in a network to residents in a nursing home

Are services provided by physicians who belong to a network of physicians to the residents of nursing homes (podiatry services are provided in the nursing home) considered a facility for billing purposes. Or is it an extension of their office and services billed as a non facility.

In the nursing home: facility. Bill with POS 32 or 33, not office.
