Cardiovascular CPT® coding

I am taking classes and have a problem that three different coders have tried to answer and I now have two different answers for. The problem is written as....
Left and right heart catheterization, selective coronary angiogram, left ventriculogram, ascending aortogram to access the aortic root, descending aortogram, right iliac angiogram, Perclose closure. Access is from the right femoral artery and right femoral vein. This is all I have to work with and my question is... Are either of the following code sets correct?
Set (1) 93460-26, 93567
Set (2) 93460, 93567, 75600-26, 75625-26, 75710-RT

re: Cardiovascular CPT® coding

All of this is based on documentation and medical necessity. RT and LT heart Cath (93460-26); aortic root injection (if medically necessary, 93567), the Iliac is based on a "drive-by" or a selective catheter tip into iliac and medical necessity. If a drive-by (G0278)-non selective. If the Iliac was selectively entered (36245-59 and 75710-59-26).
