What diagnosis code would I use for an MRI done on a patient with status post brain tumor?

look at V67.1 and V67.2 but it depends on more information. So, a history of brain tumor--no treatment currently? V45.89 Other postprocedural status, with personal history of (if asymptomatic, no treatment) V10.85 (if malignant).
Question is how is patient currently be treated, if asymptomatic, and a surveillance encounter.
