CPT® code question

Doctor used tweezers to "after numbing scalp, lift up and peel away" hypertrophic, hyperkeratotic multicolored "crusting" spot.

My question: Does anybody know if there is a CPT® code for something like this other than an E/M? I've checked the CPT® book but haven't found anything. Need your expertise on this one.
