Crutch Billing

We are a small privately owned medical facility and I am wondering about billing for crutches. We pay $50.00 a pair for them and most of the insurance companies won't pay us near that amount. Is there something we are missing, like a Q code or something - we are using the code E0114.

crutches: medically necessary durable medical equipment (DME) for members with conditions causing impaired ambulation, and there is a potential for ambulation.

No Q code. The supply is the appropriate E code.
