modifier for 2 procedures??
patient was seen for a 99214 and at the routine visit patient was given the flu shot 90658 and administration code 90471 insurance is asking for a modifier to separate the 99214 from the injection. i think it is modifier 26. can anyone confirm?

Yes 25 modifier on the E/M level.
