Regarding G0101

If a patient came in and had a ob gyn routine the patient had everything done except the papsmear what dx would be use and will we continue to use the g0101 to specify that the breast was done even though the pap was not ?

You would not use G0101 unless all criteria is met. The exam of breast is included in physical exam.
