Does cryosurgery count as true surgery in determining that 10 day window?

Procedure codes have 0, 10 or 90 global days assigned to them. You can download the Medicare Fee Schedule, or look them up individually at:

http://www.cms.gov/apps/physician-fee-schedule/search/search-criteria.aspx

There are more than one cryo codes so you need to look your code up on that site.

Not sure what you mean by "true surgery."
