unable to view #3 ICD10

I have the current Adobe and my Java is not disabled. I can't understand why I can't watch. I got to see the first two.

While we haven't confirmed this, we here at Codapedia are starting to wonder if certain companies/organizations have limits to the amount of video you're allowed to view/download. We'll continue to check things out here. Please inquire with your IT group and see if there is in fact a limit imposed on your computer.
